Our professionals have financed and developed properties over the last 25 years in Atlanta. Today our companies own, lease and manage over 350,000 square feet of office property in the prestigious North Atlanta area. Dunwoody Holdings operates Class "A" general and medical office space, garden style property along with our Executive Center.
As a result of our extensive experience with all phases of office and medical real estate development, we recognize the value of working and maintaining relationships with the Atlanta Brokerage community. We are members of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management and the Georgia Financial Planning Association.

Mr. Stewart has been actively involved in the Medical and General Office Market in Atlanta since 1974 and has provided development, financial planning, and leasing services to a variety of clients. Mr. Stewart is a Registered Investment Advisor, Licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker, Certified Financial Planner and CEO of the Company.
PX Head joined Dunwoody Holdings in March of 2010. PX has been actively involved in the Atlanta Real Estate Market since 2006, on both the commercial and residential side of the industry. PX has held held a Georgia Real Estate license for 5 years and is currently a CPM and CCIM candidate. PX is responsible for the management, business development and leasing of our properties.
